Letting go and allowing my own conscious and subconscious free play - unstructured and uncontrolled. Enjoying the paint itself (experimenting with its consistency and viscosity) and finding a way through. Being vulnerable, not controlling but accepting. Standing and witnessing to allow what is hidden inside.
